Finding you a Home

Once you have filled out our registration form, you will be matched with the latest properties/ rooms that suit your criteria. Properties usually become available one month before occupancy date.


Once you have found a property of interest to you, a viewing will be arranged with a consultant, who will happily show you around. Feel free to ask the consultants for information and advise regarding the viewing process, and/or the properties you view.

To show that we go that extra mile, viewings will take place at your conveniency. Whether it be at evenings or weekends, subject to advance appointments, and the Landlords permission of course. We will do our very best to meet your requirements. All viewings will be accompanied by your personally assigned staff member, who will be able to provide immediate advice and answer any questions you may have.

Offer & Application Process

We aim to make the renting process as smooth as possible. Once you have decided on a property, and wish to make an offer, we will liaise with the Landlord on your behalf. As soon as the offer is accepted, a credit and background check will be completed.

If a deposit is required before the move-in-date, the deposit is held to ensure that any damages will be covered. This comes in the form of damages and breakages.


Landlords wish to keep the process as simple as possible. Rent will be quoted per calendar month, and the first month’s rent is due before moving into the property.
