We’ll send you an offer sheet where you’ll be asked to pay a holding deposit of 1 week’s rent. Once you’ve made the offer and submitted the deposit, the property will be taken off the market, and your offer will be processed. No other proposals will be accepted or passed to the landlord during this time. We concentrate our efforts on getting your offer accepted, and if it isn’t, you’ll get 100% of your money back.Â

Our partners offer a 0% deposit as an alternative to paying a traditional deposit, often up to 5 weeks of rent. Only after the agreements have been signed and you’re in your new rental do we release the funds to your landlord.
